A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-42,
AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 79-53, TO CLARIFY
TIE SCHEDULE OF FLES FOR VARIANCE AND SPECIAL
EXCEPTION REQUESTS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission by Resolution No. 79-42 passed
on May 17, 1979, adopted a fee schedule to be charged for certain applications
relating to the annexation and development of property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 79-53, the City Commission
amended the fee schedule to provide a further clarification relating to
annexation fees; and
WHEREAS, in administering the fee schedule a problem has arisen
requiring clarification of the fee schedule relating to variances and special
exceptions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That subsection F of Resolution No. 79-42 which was passed
by the City Commission on May 17, 1979, is hereby amended to read as
follows;
F. Schedule of Fees for Variance and Special
Exception Requests;
(1) Variance $100.00
(a) Any additional requests for
variance with respect to the
same property or multiple
pr perties by the same owner 25.00
(2) Special Exception $100.00
(3) Application for Special Exception
and Variants on the same property
by one owner $125.00
(4) Appeal to City Commission $ 50.00

2. That the rest of the fees and schedule of fees set forth in
Resolution No. 79-42 passed by the City Commission on May 17, 1979,
as amended by Resolution No. 79-53 passed by the City Commission on
June 7, 1979, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
