A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE
16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as right-of-way,
d although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
W. WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
