A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-42
TO CLARIFY THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR ANNEXA-
TION AND INITIAL ZONING REQUESTS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission passed Resolution No. 79-42
on May 17, 1979, establishing the fees to be charged for applications for
community impact statements, site plane, subdivision plats, annex'
requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments and special exceptions
and variances; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to clarify the schedule of fees
for annexation and initial zoning request which were established in
subsection D of Resolution No. 79-42;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That subsection D of Resolution No. 79-42 which was passed
by the City Commission on May 17, 1979, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
D. Schedule of Fees for Annexation and Initial
Zoning Requests-
(1) Base charge for each application for an
agreement to annex or annexation and
initial zoning designations (including an
individual existing or proposed single-family
dwelling unit) _ $150.00 plus
(a) For each platted property of record
(other than for one existing or proposed
single-family owner--oomipied -dwelling
unit) $200.00
(b) For each unplatted property (other than
for one existing or proposed single-family

f 2. That the root of the foes and schedule of fees act forth in
Resolution No. 79-42 passed by the City Commission on May 17, 1979,
are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediataly'upon
its adoption.
