RESOLUTION
No. 79 - 45
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
OFFICE TO SEEK AN INJUNCTION TO ABATE A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AT THE WEEPING WILLOW BAR,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has received numerous complaints
relating to noise at the Weeping Willow Bar; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it necessary to authorize
the City Attorney's office to seek an injunction to abate a public nuisance
at said bar for the peace and good order of the neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney's Office be and it is hereby authorized to bring
an action for an injunction to abate a public nuisance against the owners of
the Weeping Willow Bar, 2800 Gulf to Bay Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1979.
