A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE FEES
TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNITY
IMPACT STATEMENTS, SITE PLANS, SUBDIVISION PLATS,
ANNEXATION REQUESTS, LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING
ATLAS AMENDMENTS AND SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND
VARIANCES; AND REPEALING FORMER RESOLUTIONS
ESTABLISHING SUCH FEES,
WHEREAS, by reason of the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances
administrative review is provided of community impact statements, site ?f

??, ,??• plans, subdivision plats, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning
±}=i`s atlas amendments, and requests for special exceptions and variances; and T s;'r

WHEREAS, substantial amounts of staff time is expended in such
review process; and
WHEREAS, certain of the above required review processes require
personal notification and public action; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a fee to defray the cost of r
providing such staff review and legal advertisement and personal notice
service;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY +
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS

Z. That the face provided in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be paid
to the City of Clearwater and shall be submitted to the originating department
of the City of Clearwater with the submittals described in Section 1.
3. That the schedule of fees provided for subdivision review as set
out in Resolution No. 73-73, for master plan review as set out in Resolution
No. 73-88, for annexation review as set out in Resolution No. 76-141, and
for zoning atlas amendment and appeals to the Board of Adjustment and Appeal
for special exception and variance as set out in Resolution No. 71-68, be
and the same are hereby repealed.
4. That this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
adoption.
