A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE
16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter

r :? C? WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
?- a that said property has never been formally dedicated as right-of-way,
S although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
rn WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as right-of-way for Enterprise Road East for use by the general
public and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
