PICOT B. FLOYD AND THE CITY OF CLE.ARWATER IN 1
THE CASE OF DINO SACLARIDES, AS PERSONAL REP-
RESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHESTER B. Mc
MULLEN, JR., DECEASED, ET AL V. GABRIEL CAZARES,
ET AL, CIVIL ACTION NO. 79-133-T-H, IN THE UNITED
STATES DISTRICT COURT.
WHEREAS, Gabriel Cazares, Karleen DeBlaker, John F. Rankin,
Karen Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd and the City of Clearwater
are the defendants in the case of Dino Saclarides, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Chester B. McMullen, Jr. , Deceased, et al v. Gabriel
Cazares, et al, Civil Action No. 79-133-T-H, in the United States District
Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend Gabriel Cazares, Karleen DeBlaker,, John F. Rankin,
Karen Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd and the City of Clearwater
in the case of Dino Saclarides, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Chester B. McMullen, Jr., Deceased, Margaret M. Bowman, D. Fred
McMullen and Neil C. McMullen v. Gabriel Cazares, Karleen DeBlaker,
John F. Rankin, Karen Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd, and the
City of Clearwater, Civil Action No. 79-133-T-H, in the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
