STATES DISTRICT COURT.
WHEREAS, Gabriel Cazares, Karleen 3eBlaker, John F. Rankin,
y 3 Karen Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd, and the City of Clearwater
are the defendants in the case of L. D. Zinsaer, et al v. Gabriel Cazares,
at al, Givil. Action No. 79-18$-T-K, in the United States District Court;
y NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,

That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend Gabriel Cazares, Karleen DeBlaker, John F. Rankin,
C. Karen Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd and the City of Clearwater

of the Estate of L. H. Zinsser, Deceased, H, Winton Zinsser and Frances
Z. Finch v. Gabriel Cazarea, Karleen DeBlaker, John F. Rankin, Karen
Martin, Joseph Carwise, Picot B. Floyd, and the City of Clearwater, Civil
Action No. 79-188-'T-K, in the United States District Court for the Middle
District of Florida, Tampa Division.
