A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF CLEARWATER GOLF PARK, INC. V. THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 74-5779-16.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed by the Clearwater Golf Park,
Inc. against The City of Clearwater seeking a determination from the Court
concerning the terms of a lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Clearwater Golf
Park, Inc. v. The City of Clearwater,` Circuit Civil No. 74-X5779-16.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A. D. 1979.
