A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, JESSE MYRICK
AND VERNON WASHINGTON IN THE CASE OF HILDA
LUTHER V, CITY OF CLEARWATER, ET AL, CIRCUIT
CIVIL NO, 79-1544-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater and Jesse Myrick and Vernon
Washington, employees of the City of Clearwater, are defendants in the
case of Hilda Luther v. City of Clearwater, et al, Circuit Civil No.
79-1544-20;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater and Jesse Myrick and Vernon
Washington, employees of the City of Clearwater in the case of Hilda Luther
v. City of Clearwater, Jesse Myrick and Vernon Washington; Circuit Civil
No. 79-1544-20.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A. D. 1979.
