,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING} THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF DENNIS HENEGAR, ET UX V, CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 79-1533-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, is one, of the defendants
in the case of Dennis Henegar, at ux v. City of Clearwater, at al, Circuit
Civil No. 79-1533-20;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY,OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Dennis Henegar
and Jackie Henegar, his wife vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal
corporation, and Department of Transportation, State of Florida, Circuit
Civil No. 79-1533-20.
