Clearwater to dedicate such land to public park and open space use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property is hereby dedicated for
public park and open space use for the use and benefit of the citizens of
the City of Clearwater, Florida:
Lot 5 of Rompon's k Baskin's Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 57, page I of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, less the right-of-way of Drew Street.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon ito
adoption,
