A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DEDICATING
CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
PARK AND OPEN SPACE USE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is presently the owner of certain
property lying abutting Clearwater Bay; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission of the City of

Clearwater to dedicate such land to public park and open space use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property is hereby dedicated for
public park and open space use for the use and benefit of the citizens of
the City of Clearwater, Florida:
Sunset Court and vacated Sunset Court right-of-way
and Lots 2 and 3 of Rompon's do Baskin's Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 57, page I of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less the right-
of-way of Drew Street.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Ist day of February, A.D. 1979.
