WHEREAS, the Federal Environmental Protection Agency has made
a grant offer to Pinellas County, Florida, for the completion of the 201
Facilities Plan based upon the grant application and identified as Environmental
Protection Agency 201 Facilities Plan Grant No. C120622010; and

most cost effective and viable alternative for wastewater treatment and
disposal to meet the necessary water quality standards, and agrees that
subsequent portions of the 201 Plan should be developed in accordance with
that concept.
2. That the City Zlerk is hereby authorized and directed to send
a copy of this Resolution to the Florida Department of Environmental
Regulation, and the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, and the Federal
Environmental Protection Agency,
3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
