A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CER'T'AIN UTILITY
EASEMENT IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLfAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a utility easement,
although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
-easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a utility easement for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
