A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
a TO BRING ACTIONS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO SEEK
`r RECOVERY FOR DAMAGES TO CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, certain City-owned property has been damaged in various
vehicle accidents; and
w WHEREAS, the amounts involved add up to substantial damages; and
= WHEREAS, efforts to collect the same without asserting a claim have .
not proved successful; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring actions in Small Claims
Court against the hereinafter named defendants for the damaue amounts snrr_ifiRA:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to bring actions in
Small Claims Court against the following individuals to recover damages to
City-owned property in the specified amounts, as follows:
