A RESOLUTION FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE OFFER
TO DEDICATE BEACH DRIVE AND ALL OTHER STREETS
APPEARING ON THE PLAT OF CLEARWATER BEACH
PARK SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the plat of Clearwater Beach Park Subdivision was duly
filed in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, on May 8, 1925; and
WHEREAS, said plat was approved by the City Commission of the
City of Clearwater as to correctness on April 27, 1925; and
WHEREAS, the City has continuously maintained Beach Drive and
?0 the public has continuously used it for well over twenty (20) years; and
? WHEREAS, the City desires to formally accept said Beach Drive

on April P.7, 1925, and accepted and subsequently recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 42 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for the purposes
indicated by such plat.
