A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP Z8 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
