RESOLUTION
No. 78 -112
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO BRING ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO SEEK
RECOVERY FOR DAMAGES TO CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, certain City-owned property has been damaged in
a vehicle accident; and
WHEREAS, the amount involved adds up to substantial damages; and
WHEREAS, efforts to collect the same without asserting a claim
have not proved successful; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring action in Small Claims
Court against the hereinafter named defendants for the damage amount
specified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to bring action in
Small Claims Court against the following individuals to recover damages to
City-owned property in the specified amount as follows:
Amanda M. Bryant, Owner $684.83

Clearwater, Florida
AND
Donald Norman Hutchinson, Driver
55 H Sandalwood Drive
Clearwater, Florida
