A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 75-6..-
WHEREAS, the gas rate structure is presently set forth in
Resolution No. 75-6 adopted by the City Commission on January 6, 1975;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such rate structure would
more properly be an ordinance as that term is defined in Section 166. 041,
Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1819 containing the revised gas rate
structure is being considered for passage on September 21, 1978; and
WHEREAS, upon the passage of such ordinance no need will exist
to continue Resolution No. 75-6; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission that such
resolution be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1.' That Resolution No. 75-6 adopted by the City Commission on
January 6, 1975, be and the same is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 at day of September, A. D. 1978.
