RESOLUTION
No. 78 .106
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO BRING ACTIONS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO SEEK
RECOVERING FOR DAMAGES TO CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, certain City-owned property has been damaged in two
separate vehicle accidents; and
WHEREAS, the amounts involved acid up to substantial damages;
and
WHEREAS, efforts to collect the same without asserting a claim
have not proved successful; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring actions in Small Claims
Court against the hereinafter named defendants for the damage amounts
specified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to bring actions in
Small Claims Court against the following individuals to recover damages to
City-owned property in the specified amount as follows;
Sue Anne Park, Driver $1414.35
Xos eph Park, Owner

Largo, Florida
Kevin Strickland $ 718.00
101 Fernwood Avenue North
Cleawwater, Florida
