R E S O L U T I O N
NO. 78. 90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO BRING AN ACTION TO
SEEK RECOVERY FOR DAMAGES TO TWO BENCHES.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has been attempting to
collect for damage to two benches which occurred on March 14, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, the account has not been paid, and it is deemed
necessary to bring an action against David Petrilli for the past due
amount;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMI,SSIOI4 OF THE CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney's Office be and it is hereby authorized to
bring an action against David Petrilli in the amount of $70. 00 for damages
to two benches.
