A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF JAMES GRANT V, CITY OF CLEARWATER
AND THE AMERICAN DRUGGIST INSURANCE COMPANY,
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 78-6302-7.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in an action for damages in the case of Jamea Grant vs. City of Clearwater
and The American Druggist Insurance Company, Circuit Civil No. 78-6302-7;
s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend theCity of Clearwater in the case of James Grant vs.
City of Clearwater and The American Druggist Insurance Company, Circuit
