A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION V. CITY OF
C,LEARWATER,. CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 78-4765-7.
WHEREAS,, the City of Clearwater has been made the defendant
in the case of United States Steel Corporation vs. City of Clearwater,
Circuit Civil No. 78-4765-7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of United States Steel
Corporation vs. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 7B-54765-7.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, A. D. 1978.
