A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER DESIGNATING THE LANDMARK
UNION TRU§T BANK AND BRANCH BANKS OF THE
LANDMARK UNION TRUST BANK AS DEPOSITORIES
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FOR THE PURPOSE
OF RECEIVING COLLECTIONS OF UTILITY BILLS,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has accounts in several banks
for the purpose of receiving collections of utility bills paid at such banks by
customers of the City of Clearwater Utility System; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater wishes to expand this service by
designating the Landmark Union Trust Bank and its branch banks as
collection depositories;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the Landmark Union Trust Bank and branch banks of the
Landmark Union Trust Bank are hereby designated as depositories of the
City of Clearwater for the purpose of receiving collections of utility bills
of the City of Clearwater Utility System.
Z. That each such account shall be known as the City of Clearwater
Utility Collection Account.
3. That deposits into such accounts will be reported to the appropriate
City department pursuant to such instructions as may be issued by such
department.
4. That withdrawals from each such account shall be made by official
check of the City of Clearwater bearing the facsimile signatures of the
following:

S. That this Resolution shall continue in force in said Hank and
its branches, and the i3ank may consider the facts concerning the holders of
the offices respectively and their signatures to be and continue as set forth
herein.
6. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
