FLORIDA STATUTES. WHEREAS, the TAC has divided the Master Drainage Plan Into Management Procedures do Policies and Technical Guides; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS., 1. The City adopts the Management Procedures & Policies sections of the Pinellas County Master Drainage Plan. These sections include; Sections 1 and 2 Section 3, less paragraph 3, page 19 "Easement Requirements" Sections 9 and 10, 2• The City recognizes the technical sections of the Pinellas County Master Drainage Plan and the City of Clearwater Master Drainage Plan as interim drainage policy guides until detailed drainage basin studies are completed for the Clearwater municipal area. These sections include; Section 3 - Paragraph 3, page 19, "Easement Requirements" Section 4 - Guidelines for Future Drainage & Improvements. NOTE: This section is Article XI, Chapter 5 of the Uniform Development Code which is being proposed as a model development code by the Pinellas Planning Council. Section 5 - Drainage Design Procedure Section 6 - Drainage Review Procedure Section 7 - Master Drainage Plan Section 8 - Proposed Improvements and Appendix. The City of Clearwater Master Drainage Plan in its entirety. 3. The City will adopt these documents as the drainage element of the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan as required by the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, Chapter 163. 3161, Florida Statutes. 4. The City recommends that all intergovernmental parties initiate procedures to approach the drainage problems as identified in tho Master Drainage Plan as adopted.
