No. 78 - 52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE
OF CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING AN ACTION FOR
VIOLATION OF THE RS-50 DISTRICT REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the current code sections governing the RS-50 Zoning
District permit only a one family structure; and
WHEREAS, it has been reported that the structure located at 1811
Apache Trail has been converted so as to permit more than one family
occupancy; and
WHEREAS, such conversion would be contrary to the code requirements
applicable to the RS-50 Zoning District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the Office of City Attorney be and it is hereby authorized
to bring a civil action to correct the use restriction violation existing at
1811 Apache Trail, Clearwater, Florida.
2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
