A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF JACK F. WHITE, JR., ET AL VS. CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO, 78-2649-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant in
an action for an injunction and damages in the case of Jack F. White, Jr.
and James D. Hall vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, Circuit Civil No.
78-2649-20;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Jack F. White,
Jr, and James D, Hall vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, Circuit Civil
No. 78-2649-20.
