A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE'CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY
IN THE CASE OF JAMES D. MARSHALL, JR. VS.
CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY, CIRCUIT CIVIL
NO. 78»2052=14.
WHEREAS, Clearwater Housing Authority has been made the
Defendant in the case of Jarnes D. Marshall, Jr. vs. Clearwater Housing
Authority, a public body corporate, Circuit Civil No. 78-2052-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney iB hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the Clearwater Housing Authority in the case of Junes
D. Marshall, Jr.,vs.. Clearwater Housing Authority, a public body corporate,
Circuit Civil No. 78-2052-14.
