A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF KATHY A. DRESDOW VS. LAWRENCE TAYLOR SHARP,
ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 78-1532-11.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in an action for damages which is the subject matter of the case of Kathy A.
Dresdow vs. Lawrence Taylor Sharp, individually, Dee Loyd McKenzie,
individually and The City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, Circuit
Civil No. 78-1532-11;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is'hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Kathy A. Dresdow
vs. Lawrence Taylor Sharp, et al, Circuit Civil No. 78-1532-11.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, A. D. 1978.
