R E S O L U T I O N
No. 78 -16
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE TRUSTEES OF THE
INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA TO DEDICATE CERTAIN LAND FOR RIGHT-
OF-WAY PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund own
land abutting State Road 580; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater would like to request that the
Trustees dedicate a portion of such land to right-of-way purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby requests the Trustees, of the Internal Improvement Fund to dedicate
the following described tract for right-of-way purposes along State Road 580;
The North 17.0 feet of the tract beginning 620.64 feet
East of and 33. 0 feet South of the Northwest corner of
the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township Z8 South, Range 16
East, and running South 208.71, East 313.07, North
208.71 feet, West 313.07 feet to P. O. B. , all lying and
being in Pinellas County, Florida,
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be provided to the Trustees
of the Internal Ixnprpw'ement Fund and to the Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Foxestry.
