WHEREAS, the Clty of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter

described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage and
utility easement, although the same Is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
es NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
w. COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
ti•- FOLLOWS,
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for use by the general public
and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
The West 50 feet of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, AND
the 'Meat 50 feet of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, less
right-of-way for S. R. 580 on the South.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, A. D. 1978.
