A RESOLUTION AMENDING RULE 10 OF THE RULES OF
THE CITY COMMISSION AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION
NO. 77-44.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
on May 5, 1977, by Resolution No. 77-44, adopted a set of rules to guide it
in the conduct of business; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to amend Rule 10 of those
rules to provide a new order of business;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Rule 10 of the Rules of Procedure set forth in Resolution
No. 77-44 passed by the City Commission on May 5, 1977, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
RULE 10
The order of business shall ordinarily be:
1. Special recognitions and awards
Z. Minutes of previous meetings

City Manager reports

2. That Rule 10 as set forth in Resolution No. 77.44 be and the same
is hereby repealed, but the remainder of the rules set forth in Resolution No.
77-44 are hereby ratified and confirmed.
