A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE OF
JAMES R. GRAY AND KATHERINE P. GRAY, HIS WIFE,
V. CITY OF CLEARWATER, ETC., CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 77-9614-16.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a Defendant and
served with a Summons and Complaint in an action styled as James R. Gray
and Katherine P. • Gray, his wife, v. City of Clearwater, a Florida Municipal
Corporation, Circuit Civil No. 77-9614-16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of James R. Gray
and Katherine P. Gray, his wife, v. City of Clearwater, a Florida Municipal
Corporation, Circuit Civil No. 77-9614-16.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, A. D., 1977.
