A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE OF
VAN L. McNEEL vs. CHARLES F. BARBER, As Trustee,
et al., CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 77-9804-11.
WHEREAS, the City of'Clearwater has been made a Defendant and
served with a Summons and Complaint in an action styled as Van L. McNeal
vs. Charles F. Barber, as Trustee, Charles F. Barber, individually, and
Lucinda J. Barber, his wife, FBC Land Company, City of Clearwater,
Coachman Tennis Club Condominium, Ltd., (n/k/a Coachman Village
Condominium, Ltd.), Coachman Tennis Club, Ltd., Welch Tennis Courts,
Inc., and Royal Racquet Club, Inc., Circuit Civil No. 77-9804-11;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Van L. McNeal
vs. Charles F. Barber, as Trustee, at al. , Circuit Civil No. 77-9804-11.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, A.D., 1977.
