described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage easement,
although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easements by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as drainage easements for use by the general public and the
City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
Drainage easements lying ten feet (101) each side of
the following described lines, to wit:
Start at the NE corner of the NW 114 of Section 32,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East and run S 89 °4014511 W,
684.96 feet for the P. O.B. ; thence run S 20 04014511 W,
430. 10 feet for the Point of Ending;
and
Start at the NE corner of the NW 1 /4 of Section 32,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East and run thence
S 89°40'4511 W, 684.96 feet; thence run S 20°40145" W,
535.0 feet; thence run S 53°10'4511 W, 70.0 feet for the
P. O. B.; thence continue S 5301014511 W, 130.0 feet to
the Point of Ending.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
