RESOLUTION No. 77- 104 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEFEND THE CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY AND JOHN F. HURLEY, AS COMMISSIONER, IN THE CASE OF JAMES D.' MARSHALL, JR. V. CLEARWATER HOUSING AUTHORITY, ET AL., CIRCUIT CIVIL NO, 77-9188-7. WHEREAS, the Clearwater Housing Authority and John F. Hurley have been served with a complaint and summons in the case of Jaynes D.• Marshall, Jr. v. Clearwater Housing Authority, a public body corporate, and John F. Hurley, as Commissioner, Circuit Civil No, 77-9188-7; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS; That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the Clearwater Housing Authority and John F. Hurley, as Commissioner, in the case of James D. Marshall, Jr. v. Clearwater Housing Authority, a Public body corporate, and John F. Hurley, As Commissioner, Circuit Civil No. 77-9188-7.
