A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF WILLIAM J. BEYNAN, ET UX VS, C. C.
MORGAN AND CITY OF CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT
CIVIL NO. 77-7952-16.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has bean served with a complaint
and summons in the case of William J. Beynan and Evelyn H. Beynan, his
wife, vs. C. C. Morgan and City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 77-7952-16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
` COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of William J. Beynan
and Evelyn H. Beynan, his wife, vs. C. C. Morgan and City of Clearwater,
Circuit Civil No. 77-7952-16.
PASSED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, A. D. 1977.
