A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MARYBETH LAVALLEE
FOR HER FAITHFUL SERVICE AS ASSISTANT CITY
ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
WHEREAS, Marybeth Lavallee has nerved as Assistant City
Attorney for the City of Cloarwater since Juno 21, 1976; and
WHEREAS, bar ¦ ervice and counsel have been of real benefit to
the Legal Department, the administration and the citizens of 'the City
of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS) Marybedi Is leaving the City of Clearwater to embark
on new ventures into marriage and a private law practice; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater wL&hee
to express its gratitude to Marybeth Lavallee for her faithful service
and helpful advice to the City of Clearwater during her tenure as '
Assistant City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.. FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWSt
1. That the City Commission hereby commands Marybeth
Lavallee for the faithful service and helpful counsel she has provided
the City of Clearwater as Assistant City Attorney and wishes for her
much happiness and success in her now endeavors.
Z. That a duplicate original of this Resolution be, presented to
the said Marybeth Lavalleo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, A. D. 1977.
