A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO FILE A SUIT FOR THE COLLECTION OF SUMS
FOR SERVICES AND DAMAGE TO CITY PROPERTY
WHICH ARE PAST DUE,

WHEREAS, the Director of Traffic Engineering has been attempting
to collect sums of money due for damage to a traffic signal and for assistance
in escorting a building through the City of Clearwater on April 4, 1977,
from Pioneer House Movers; and
WHEREAS, the account has not been paid and the matter has been
referred to the City Attorney for appropriate action; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring an action against Pioneer
House Movers for the collection of such sums;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to bring an
action against Pioneer House Movers in the amount of $220.92 for the
collection of the past due account.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 at day of September, A. D. 1977.
