RESOLUTION
No. 77 72
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
OFFICE TO BRING AN ACTION TO SEEK RECOVERY FOR
PAST DUE UTILITIES ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, the Utilities Department of the City of Clearwater has
been attempting to collect a past due utilities account for some time; and
WHEREAS, the account has not been paid and the matter has been
referred to the City Attorney for appropriate action; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring an action against
Krane Realty and Klondike Enterprises for the past due utilities account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney's Office be and it is hereby authorized to bring
an action against Krane Realty and Klondike Enterprises in the amount of
$l, 006.00 for a past due utilities account.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, A. D. 1977.
