A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
OFFICE TO BRING AN ACTION TO REMOVE A CHARTER
BOAT PRESENTLY DOCKED AT SLIP 33 AT THE CLEAR-
WATER MARINA WHOSE DOCK PERMIT HAS BEEN
REVOKED,
"A
WHEREAS, the docking permit for Slip 33 at the Clearwater Marina
has been cancelled and the holder of such permit notified; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the charter boat.presently docked in the slip
has failed to remove such boat; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a Court Order be obtained such as will
permit the City of Clearwater to move the boat to another location and reuse
the slip;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney's Office be and it is hereby authorized to bring
an action to obtain an order removing the charter boat presently moored in
Slip 33 at the Clearwater Marina by reason of the cancellation of the docking
permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, A. D. 1977.
