A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE :.
CASE OF INDIAN ROCKS SPECIAL FIRE CONTROL
DISTRICT V. CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, .
ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 77-5919-10
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in a declaratory judgment action which is the subject matter of the case of
Indian Rocks Special Fire Control District v. 'City of Clearwater, Florida,
et al, Circuit Civil No. 77-5919-10;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Indian Rocks Special
Fire Control District v, City of Clearwater, Florida, The Board of County
Commissioners of Pinellas County, Florida, Ronald J. Schultz as the Pinellas
County Property Appraiser, and O, Sanford Jasper as the Pinellas County Tax
Collector, Circuit Civil No. 77-5919-10.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, A. D. 1977.
