A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE
MAYORS' COUNCIL OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Mayors' Council of Pinellas County, Inc. has
submitted a copy of its Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary
of State on May 3, 1977, and also a copy of its proposed By-Laws; and
WHEREAS, in order for the City of Clearwater to become a member of
the organization, it is necessary that the City Commission adopt a resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater hereby agrees to become a member
of the Mayors' Council of Pinellas County, Inc.

2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
President of the Mayors' Council of Pinellas County, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of rune, A. D. 1977.
