A RESOLUTION ASSESSING THE PROPERTIES
IDENTIFIED HEREIN THE COST OF INSTALLING
SIDEWALKS.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater entered into sidewalk waiver
agreements -with the property owners identified herein; and
WHEREAS, such agreements required the property owners to install
sidewalks within ninety (90) days of being notified that sidewalks were
required; and
WHEREAS, such time period has passed and sidewalks were not
installed by the property owners; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 122 of the Charter such improvements
have been made; and
WHEREAS, the properties facing and abutting this sidewalk improvement
are deemed to derive a special benefit therefrom; and
WHEREAS, the improvement having been made and the cost determined
the City Commission hereby assesses such cost against the properties
identified below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the installation of sidewalks to the properties identified
herein is hereby accepted and approved as having been completed.
2. That the cost of installing each such sidewalk is hereby assessed in
accordance with the following schedule:

3. That if each assessment herein made is not paid within tan (10)
days from the date hereof, then, certificates of indebtedness shall be issued
applicable to each property which certificates shall bear interest at the
rate of eight per cent (876) per annum against the properties until paid.
