WHEREAS, the Utilities Department of the City of Clearwater has
been attempting to collect a past due utilities account for some tune; and

r WHEREAS, the individual has ceased making promised payments
and the matter has been referred to the City Attorney for appropriate
action; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to bring an action in Small Claims
Court against Henry L. Johnson for the past due utilities account;
3 ° NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
.. IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
i FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to bring an action in, %
Small Claims Court against Henry L. Johnson, 1424 Fairburn, Clearwater'.

Florida 33515, in the amount of $175.18 for a past due utilities account.
