A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN
SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Ross Dixon, owner of certain
real property in Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, in the City tih

WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the

+' City Commission finds that said easements are not necessary nor required

and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;

;-` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY t
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
A 15 foot sanitary easement lying 7.5 feet each side of the
following described line, to wit: Start at the NE corner of the
SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East and run
thence N 89.2815111 W, 765 feet along the North line of said
00 SE 1/4 to a point; thence run S 01'07'36" W, 240 feet for the F
e, P. O, B. ; thence run S 01.0713611 W, 98 feet; thence run S 89°281

Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
