A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AND
GABRIEL CAZARES, KARLEEN DEBLAKER, KAREN
MARTIN, DARWIN FRANK AND JOSEPH CARWISE. „
IN THE CASE OF ROBERT D. BICKERSTAFFE VS.
CITY OF CLEARWATER, ET AL, CIRCUIT COURT
I40. 77-1023-07.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater and its City Commission
functioning as a canvassing board have been sued pursuant to an amended
complaint filed in the case of Robert D. Bickerstaffe v. City of Clearwater,
et al, Circuit Civil No. 77-1023-07;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater, Mayor-Commissioner Gabriel
Cazares, and Commissioners Karleen DeBlaker, Karen Martin, Darwin
Frank and Joseph Carwise in the case of Robert D. Bickerstaffe vs.
City of Clearwater, et al, Circuit Civil No. 77-IOZ3-07.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, A. D. 1977.
