A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF CLEARWATER V. KRANE REALTY,
ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 77-2358-14.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in a foreclosure action which is the subject matter of the case of First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Clearwater v. Krane Realty, et al,
Circuit Civil No. 77-2358-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Clearwater v. Krane Realty, et al, Circuit
Civil No. 77-2358-14.
