A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CERTAIN DRAINAGE
EASEMENT IN CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK
REPLAT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described Property; and

WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage easement,
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a drainage easement for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
The West 10 feet of the East 20 feet of the North 280 feet
of Lot 2, Clearwater Industrial Park Replat, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71, page
91 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
